Check out our hybrid cycling plans where we combine strength training and your chosen distance offering a training plan that works for you and your cycling goals. There are limited spaces available for each plan, so please get in touch to secure your spot!

Each plan comes with the following:

✔ Onboarding coaching call:

This is where we will tailor the plan to your availability to train considering your existing work/lifestyle commitments.

 

✔ Beginner-advanced programs:

Each program offers options for beginner to advanced cyclists, whether you're searching for an FTP increase or to finally put those aches and pains to bed, we have the plan for you!

​

✔ Cycling workouts made for you:

Working to a range of various metrics; cycling workouts in every plan are tailored to you and your training zones ensuring your cycling performance and durability skyrockets.

​

✔ A coach on your handlebars:

Each workout is tailored to your personal zones and if you're not in those zones, your training device will make aware of it! It's like having a coach on your handlebars reminding you where you need to be and keeping you on track.

 

✔ 2x weekly strength sessions:

Each plan comes with 2x weekly strength sessions designed to improve your cycling performance and reduce your risk of injury. The week of your event/race we have a sharpening session, leaving your fresh and ready to go for race day.
 

✔ Cycling workouts sent directly to your training device:

Each workout is sent directly to your compatible training device, eg. Garmin/Polar/Apple/Coros etc.

✔ 2x coaching check-ins:

Between weeks 6-8 of every plan and weeks 16-18, we have a 1-1 check in to see how you are getting on and if any changes need to be made to your plan.

✔ No decision-fatigue:

Ensure your motivation stays sky-high by your workouts being pre-populated each week.

✔ Lifetime access to the plan:

An ever-dynamic plan which you can revisit to support your running journey.

What you need:

✔ Heart rate monitor.
✔ 1x pair of dumbbells. 
✔ Medium-Heavy kettlebell
(8KG+).
