I have been in the fitness industry for over 13 years and have worked with beginner runners, cyclists and triathletes right up to those chasing their home nation's skinsuit. 

My mission is to help you train smarter, get fitter, faster and stay injury free. I am the founder of BUILT TO ENDURE providing strength coaching education for endurance athletes.
